The Office of University Advancement exists to help fulfill the mission of Southwestern Assemblies of God University by helping to build the financial stability of SAGU and provide for the financial needs of its students.
One hundred percent of every dollar raised through various Southwestern Scholarship Funds goes directly to financial assistance for qualifying students. There are many opportunities through which one may give to the Scholarship Funds. Scholarship awards are granted according to the expressed directions of the donor as recorded in the scholarship agreement.
Southwestern Women's Auxiliary was created in 1993 primarily for the beautification of the campus. SWA has raised funds for landscaping, the design of flower beds, and the decoration of walkways around campus. Special projects also contributed thousands of dollars to the development of the East University Drive entrance.
The Southwestern Foundation supports the university’s commitment to equip men and women to fulfill the calling God has placed on their lives. The Southwestern Foundation also provides counseling and solid financial planning to assist with good stewardship; helping you save taxes, reduce estate expenses and prepare to take care of those you love.
The Foundation staff and board of directors have extensive experience in establishing and administering trusts and settling estates. We are committed to the safe care of your possessions, prudent money management, maximum protection, consistent yield and steady growth on your estate, charitable gift, or endowment fund.

Will and Trust Planning
Planned Giving consists of ways a donor can leave money/assets to a nonprofit at his/her death; or a way to invest money so that the donor receives benefits during his/her life and then bequeaths the remaining funds to the nonprofit.
As a no-cost service to Assemblies of God constituents, AG Financial Solutions has developed this program and partnered with SAGU to provide document forms to those who desire to leave a gift of at least ten percent (10%) of their final estate to SAGU, Southwestern Foundation, an AG ministry or an AG church of their choice. It is an honor to provide will forms at no cost for those who desire to bless ministry through charitable gifts upon their death.
