Q. When will I receive my refund?
A. Refunds are processed each semester after bill approval closes and financial aid has been applied. If a credit shows on your ledger in your MySAGU student portal, we will begin processing your refund and send it to BankMobile Disbursements for processing within 14 days of the credit being created.
Q. I have selected a refund method. What’s next?
A. That’s all you need to do!. If you are anticipating a refund for any semester, the funds will go to your selected refund preference with BankMobile Disbursements. Nelson University and BankMobile Disbursements will send an email to your lionmail once funds are in process.
