The Lady Lions came out ready to play; in the 5th minute D’Anjelah Allen scored a goal to put them up 1-0 and the Lady Lions would hold this lead through halftime and most of the second half, until a goal by Central Christian in the final minutes of regulation tied the game. This game would need extra time but in overtime, the Lady Lions couldn’t corral Central Christian as they were able to score and finish the game with a final score of 2-1.
