Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) football Howard Payne University Waxahachie Autoplex

At the start of two-a-days, Waxahachie Autoplex owner, Wes Spence , promised the players a steak dinner if they won their first game.  Last weekend, the Lions topped Howard Payne University 27-21.  Making good on his promise, Waxahachie Autoplex cooked rib eye steaks as big as a plate for all of the Lions traveling squad.

On Saturday, September 17, 2016, the Lions will host their first home game of the season against Hardin Simmons at 6pm.  Waxahachie Autoplex is sponsoring the first home game.  Fans will have a chance to sign-up to be randomly chosen for a 50-yard field goal attempt.  If the fan makes the field goal, Waxahachie Autoplex will gift the winner with $25,000 towards a new car.
