Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) women’s basketball Texas College

Throughout the first half, the teams nearly matched each other point for point.  At halftime, TC was leading the Lady Lions 33-31.

SAGU was able to find a spark in the third quarter to outscore the Lady Steers 24-16.

Senior Charity Page and Laken Ward came up big for SAGU.  Page scored 26 points while pulling in 13 rebounds and three assists.  Ward had 22 points and 17 rebounds.

Texas College’s Kaylee Gaddis scored 20 points.

On Tuesday, November 8, 2016 the Lady Lions will play Wiley College at 5:30pm.  Wiley is currently 1-0.
