Coach Tiffany Phillips said, “We had two really big, emotional wins on the road against Texas Wesleyan and then John Brown and today we just ran out of gas. We have to learn to fight through some adversity and when things don't go our way. We have the ability to play with anyone in the league and I think we have proved that, but we have to learn to fight and finish these long road trips. We will get there. This team feels like they still have a lot of basketball left to play.”
The Lady Warriors were led in scoring by Cierra Miles with 13 points.  The Lady Warriors had five scorers in double figures.
The Lady Lions will return to their home court to compete against Oklahoma City University, February 21, 2018 at 6pm in the Sheaffer Center.
