Oklahoma Wesleyan University Invitational Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) volleyball

The Lady Lions had three players in double digits in kills against College of the Ozarks . Kali Shaw had 12 kills, Summer Skillern had 11 and Paulyae Dawkins had 11. Celi Bruce had a strong showing with 24 digs. Sophia Ivy had 20 assist and Madison McClure added 20.

“C of O is a senior-led team and today our youth really showed while playing them.  They are playing hard and we are making progress,” explains SAGU head coach Hank Moore .

This is the second time in the young season that SAGU has played Langston University and they topped them in three matches both times.  Kali Shaw led the way with 15 kills this game.  Ivy added 18 assists and Bruce had 11 digs.

SAGU will play Sterling College at 11am on Saturday, August 27, 2016 and Wiley College at 3pm.
