Bickham picked up 135 of SAGU’s 183 rushing yards in the Lions 20-17 victory over Austin College.  He scored two of SAGU’s three touchdowns, also recording his first 100-yard rushing game, averaging 6.1 yards per carry.

The sophomore currently ranks no. 22 in the NAIA for rushing yards per game.  In the first two games of the season, Bickham is averaging 96 yards rushing per game.  The 5’7, 170 pound running back is from Katy, Texas.

Wayland Baptist University’s defensive back Kaleen Jones was named the Defensive Player of the Week and their kicker received Special Teams Player of the Week honors.
