Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) was recently ranked for being one of the most conservative colleges in the nation by University Magazine .

The ranking was based on student reviews of the political leanings of the campus community.

SAGU provides an optimal environment to pursue higher education for students raised with traditional moral values. SAGU students are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the teachings of the Word of God and the accepted standards of the Assemblies of God.

Southwestern Assemblies of God University is a private, Christian university located 30 minutes south of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex in Waxahachie, Texas.
