Waxahachie, TX – Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC) play continued for Southwestern Assemblies of God University on Saturday as John Brown University (JBU) came to Waxahachie for a contest played at Life High School due to rain amounts in the Waxahachie area on Thursday and Friday. The SAC leading JBU Eagles (13-2, 7-0) defeated SAGU (2-12-1, 1-6) 4-0.

The Next Step

SAGU (2-12-1, 1-6) will become road warriors in the coming week to complete the regular season. On Wednesday, October 30 ^th the Lions are scheduled to play Central Christian College in McPherson, KS at 7:00 pm. On Saturday, November 2, the Lions will be in Goodwell, OK to take on Oklahoma Panhandle State at 2:00 pm.
