Coaches Takeaway
“It was a rough game where unfortunate mistakes allowed four goals. There were moments of the game where the boys stuck to the game plan and were able to create scoring opportunities but the inexperience of some young players cost us goals” said assistant coach Cesar Espana. Head coach Clem Oancea stated, “I am proud of the boys. We will dust ourselves off and learn. We have a handful of returners and lots of new faces. Different backgrounds and styles of play that will require blending. There were silly mistakes that turned into goals. I am disappointed with the result but we will begin the process of fixing all the little things.”
