Oancea’s Opinion
- On needed growth : “Games are where your preparation and attitude come together for the test. There are players that have lots of confidence in practice and boldness by themselves but as soon as they enter a game are totally different. We need to grow through that stage.”
- On the day’s effort : “Today we competed well and created plenty of opportunities and 1v1. We had four clear chances in the first half and unfortunately we did not put them away. We made two mistakes and those mistakes turned in two goals.
- On moving forward : “It hurts but we have grown even more as a team and the boys are more and more becoming a team trusting each other abilities and strengths. That is a win in my book even though it hurts. Growing pains always hurts but it is a good pain that helps us move forward.”

- On Tuesday, September 17 th the Lions will play LSU-Alexandria on the campus of SAGU in a 4:30 match.
