Oklahoma City, OK- Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) Lions participated in the Sooner Athletic Conference Cross Country Championship. This is yet another opportunity for Coach Covarrubias and his team to compete and qualify for the NCCAA National Championship Meet.

How it Happened
- The SAGU Women finished with a total score of 129 and a composite time of 1:54:09 which was good for 6 th overall in the meet.
- The SAGU Men were able to place 4 th overall with a total score of 95 and a composite time of 2:18:37.
What’s Next
- Zack Hammond has qualified for the NCCAA National Champions. The final results will be posted on Tuesday, potentially allowing more SAGU Lions to qualify as well.
