Thoughts From Coach Watson

  • Rosie- “She is a team leader. Rosie is a competitor on and off the field. I have never coached a young lady that has been this close to the complete package. She consistently displays a great attitude, as well as tremendous offensive and defensive play on the field.”
  • Ashlyn- “Ashlyn, a transfer sophomore, transitioned easily into the lineup and led the Lady Lions in hitting. She also shined with her defensive play in the outfield.”
  • Autumn- “She demonstrated incredible poise on the mound. Autumn is another great competitor. She’s someone I know I can count on to deliver when I need her. She pitches hard and puts an exceptional spin on the ball.”
  • Alana- “Alana is another great hitter. She takes a cerebral approach with her at-bats. She understands situational hitting with contact and placement.”
  • Cheyenne- “Another great hitter on this team. She has a balanced offensive and defensive game. She is the wall on the left side of our infield. When the ball is hit her way I find myself saying ‘yes’ because I know it’s going to be an out.”
