Sooner Athletic Conference Robert Ambrosie

Ambrosie is a forward from Iasi, Romania .  He scored four times in two games.  Against Huston-Tillotson he had three goals in SAGU’s 3-1 victory over the Rams.  Ambrosie also had the game winning goal in a 1-0 win over Dallas Baptist University.

“Robert has grown in his game from year to year,” says head coach Clem Oancea, “He has been a pillar for the men’s team and all of the new players look up to him.  I’m glad that he was recognized at the conference level.  It is a well-deserved honor.”

Ambrosie now has seven goals for the season.  He ranks in the top 50 in the NAIA in total game winning goals (2), goals per game (0.880) and total goals (7).
