Nikki Almaguer has been selected as Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC) Attacker of the Week. Nikki, a senior from Waxahachie, Texas was huge for the Lady Lions in a pair of victories. The defensive specialist played outside for the first time in her career last week, safe to say she did a great job. In the win against Langston University she had 13 kills on a .611 attack percentage; the next game against Central Christian College she turned in 12 kills with 15 digs. Nikki's presence on the floor has been the deciding factor for the Lady Lions, she’s the backbone of the team. Look forward to seeing Nikki dominate on both sides, as she leaves her mark on the program.

  • “Congratulations to Nikki on winning Attacker of the Week. Nikki is a defensive specialist that was forced to play six rotations because of some injuries. She stepped up and played amazing”
