Oancea’s Opinion

  • “We started with a game plan and the plan worked for us as was designed. Unfortunately, a great start in an away game is not sufficient. Once we got the 2-0 lead within the first 15 minutes the boys got away from it [game plan] and we paid the price of immaturity. In this sport we describe moments like this as ”as a dream start” but we can’t just keep on dreaming and we must continue to finish the work till the end. We did not lack imagination, nor lack effort; it is just that when you makes silly mistakes, we will always pay the consequences and it hurts. It hurts physically, emotionally and mentally. Proud of the effort of the team into the second overtime but we must learn to close out those games as we move deeper in the conference.”
