The All-Sooner Athletic Conference awards have been released with three of the Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) men’s basketball players landing on the list. Nyk Mason has been named one of three guards on the second All-SAC team where he is 6th in the league in scoring with 17.1 ppg and 7th in total points with 495. He also ranks in the top 15 in the SAC for the following categories; 2nd in field goal percentage (60.6%), 7th in double-doubles with 5, 7th in total rebounds per game with 6.9, 8th with 5.21 defensive rebounds per game, 9th in total rebounds with 200, 11th with a total of 19 blocks and blocks per game with 0.67, 12th in total steals with 37, 13th in steals per game with 1.28, 13th in offensive rebounds with 1.69, 13th in assists per game with 2.55 and 13th in total assists with 74.

Third team all-conference guard, Josh Kashila . Kashila is fourth in the SAC in scoring per game at 17.2 ppg and 5th in total at 516 points. Kashila ranks also in 3-pointers made per game and total 3’s with 66, 11th in 3-point percentage at 38.2%, 12th in free throw percentage 76.9%, 14th in field goal percentage at 44.1%, 17th in total rebounds with 156, 17th in total assists with 66, 18th in assists per game with 2.2, and 19th in defensive rebounds per game with 3.98.

Honorable mention guard, Cameron Hill . Hill is a returning sophomore from Houston, TX . In the SAC, he is 25th in scoring per game at 11.46 ppg and 30th in scoring with a total of 321 points. 7th in free throw percentage at 81.1%, 35th in 3-pointers made per game at 1.3, and 37th in total made 3 points with 37. 16th in steals per game at 1.21 and 20th in total steals with 34. He also ranks 16th in assists per game with 2.36 and 17th in total assists with 66.

The Lions season ended on February 26th against John Brown University in the quarter-finals of the SAC Conference Tournament . SAGU put together a 19-12 overall record and 12-10 in the SAC.
