The Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC) all-conference selections have been named and 17 Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) Lions were placed on the list. The Lions had a 5-5 record with wins over Austin College, Wayland Baptist University, Ottawa University, Texas College, and Texas Wesleyan University . SAGU landed 5th in the SAC standings behind Langston University, Oklahoma Panhandle State University, Arizona Christian University , and Ottawa University. CJ Collins landed 1st in the conference in total offense, Michael Bledsoe was 5th in rushing yards per game, Jeremy Carr and Samuel Northey were 1st and 2nd in receptions, Christian Cross finished 1st with 7 interceptions, Landon Jones was 1st with 13.9 tackles per game, Derek Shelby finished fourth in sacked per game with 0.7, Tluang Hmung landed 3rd in field goals per game and Northey also finished 4th in punt return yards per game.
