Faith Marroquin has been selected to the Sooner Athletic Conference All-Tournament Team while receiving the Defender of the Week. Faith is a junior from Omaha, Nebraska and in her first season for the Lady Lions she has been the backbone of the team. All season Faith has been solid, but in the SAC Conference Tournament she stepped up her game. In the first game of the SAC Tournament against John Brown University, Faith had 27 digs. She followed that up with 17 digs in a loss to the #1 seed Oklahoma City University. These recognitions from the SAC is well deserved and gives credit to how dominant Faith has been over the past couple weeks.
