SAGU sports update: March 12, 2013Waxahachie, Texas — March 12, 2013 — Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) men's basketball team is in Kansas City, Mo., for the NAIA National Championship. They play their first game on Wednesday, March 13 at 9 a.m. against the University of Science and Arts (Oklahoma).

SAGU baseball (13-16) won a double-header against Wiley College on Saturday, March 9. The Lions play at home against Schreiner University (Kerrville, Texas) at 2 p.m. today.

SAGU softball are currently 9-5 this season. Their games against Northwood University on March 7-8 have been postponed until further notice. Their next games will be against Langston University (Langston, Okla.) on March 15-16.
