ACCOUNTING DEGREE DETAILS
SAGU's Business Accounting degree is designed to provide academic experiences to facilitate students’ abilities to perform effectively in entry-level positions in the accounting environment. Special attention is given throughout this degree program to applying Christian ethics to the business enviroment. Upon graduation, you will have a/an:
- Understanding of accounting theory and principles for financial and managerial accounting
- Ability to apply ethical considerations consistent with the accepted professional code of conduct in place by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and the AICPA
- Competency in written and oral communications relating accounting information and analysis
