Rachelle Rial holds a Master of Social Work with a specialization in working with Children and Families. With over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, she has worked in psychiatric hospitals and outpatient clinics. Rachelle is an Ordained Assemblies of God Minister and serves the Arkansas District, providing mental health services to pastors and ministers.  Additionally, Rachelle holds a Master’s in Business Administration, which has allowed her to specialize in Healthcare Administration over the last 5 years. Rachelle currently serves as the program coordinator for the Bachelor of Social Work Program.
