Dr. Danón Carter holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, a Masters in Management, and a Doctoral of Management Degree all from the University of Phoenix. Throughout her professional career, Dr. Carter has acquired more than 20 years of managerial and executive experience in Operations and Human Resources leading teams and overseeing employee development as well as specializing in diversity and inclusion and culture change for such companies as Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, Sears Credit, HSBC Auto Finance, and Center for Business Solutions. Her work has taken her around the world to include Spain, Italy, Australia, Philippians, India, Indonesia, Canada, and Mexico, which contributed to Dr. Carter’s love of teaching and development.

Dr. Carter is also  the Sr. Vice President of Center for Business Solutions (CBS) specializing in increasing performance in call centers through leadership development and enhanced strategy assessment and implementation. One area of focus for Dr. Carter is promoting an organizational coaching strategy through training and development with leaders of organizations. Another area of expertise is a professional thought leader with a focus of advancing a culture of coaching and performance management.
