Dr. Danón Carter holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, a Masters in Management, and a Doctoral of Management Degree all from the University of Phoenix. Throughout her professional career, Dr. Carter has acquired more than 18 years of managerial and executive experience in Operations and Human Resources leading teams and overseeing employee development as well as specializing in diversity and inclusion and culture change for such companies as Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, Sears Credit, HSBC Auto Finance, and Center for Business Solutions. Her work has taken her around the world to include Spain, Italy, Australia, Philippians, India, Indonesia, Canada, and Mexico, which contributed to Dr. Carter’s love of teaching and development.

Dr. Carter is also an Author, Motivational Speaker, Radio Talk Show Personality, and Mentor.  She is a monthly contributor to Plaid for Women, where she writes blogs on Diversity and is featured on Plaid for Women Radio.
