Avito Zaldivar is an adjunct professor in the College of Business and teaches several of the marketing courses. His professional experience includes the financial services, insurance, as well as travel industries. Professor Zaldivar considers his time with the Walt Disney Company, American Express, and Bank of America as some of his most memorable tenures. Professor Zaldivar’s academic achievements include a SAGU undergraduate degree, an MBA (Marketing Management) through the University of Dallas, and a Master of Divinity through SAGU. During some downtimes, Professor Zaldivar enjoys vacationing and road-tripping with his wife and children. Fun fact: professor Zaldivar loves roasting coffee and does so on most weekends when he’s not working on lectures, grading assignments, or even developing courses or researching possible course assignments.
