James K. and Joyce Bridges Residence Hall, is a co-ed facility, housing men (east wing) and women (west wing). A four-story building, rooms provide double occupancy and form a suite with an adjoining dorm room. The two rooms are linked by a bathroom. Rooms are furnished with bunks, chest of drawers, desks and wardrobe closets. All rooms have a micro-fridge, phone lines and computer lines. Each individual hall within this dorm contains a lobby, study room and laundry facilities. A prayer room is located on each floor.

Collins Hall

Collins Hall provides housing for men and women. Rooms are designed for two residents due to the size of the rooms. Each room has bunks, chest of drawers, and a desk for each resident. Students may personalize their rooms and bring carpet if they wish. Bathrooms are located on each floor. Laundry facilities are also provided. Each room has a Microfridge, phone lines, and computer lines.

Guynes Hall

Guynes Hall is a co-ed facility, housing men (east wing) and women (west wing). Most rooms provide double occupancy and form a suite with an adjoining dorm room. The two rooms are linked by a bathroom. Vanities with a sink are located in each room, along with a bunk, a chest of drawers, and a desk for each resident. Laundry facilities are available for residential use. Each room has a micro-fridge, phone line and computer lines. Guynes also has several rooms specifically for students who are physically challenged.

Kendrick Hall

Kendrick Hall is an apartment complex that has been renovated and converted into a dormitory for women. Every room is furnished with a desk, chest of drawers, and a bunk for each resident, as well as private bathroom facilities. Kendrick Hall had a new wing added to it in 2000, and now has capacity for 110 women. The new wing houses up to 26 students, holds the dorm pastor's apartment, the dorm lobby, and prayer room. Laundry facilities have also been recently renovated and are accessible from both wings. All rooms have a Microfridge, phone lines and computer lines. Kendrick has rooms that will accommodate students who are physically challenged.

Savell Hall

Savell Hall provides housing for men and women. Rooms are designed for three residents due to the large size of the rooms. Each room has bunks, chest of drawers, and a desk for each resident. Students may personalize their rooms and bring carpet if they wish. Bathrooms are located on each floor. Laundry facilities are also provided. Each room has a micro-fridge, phone lines, and computer lines.

Regents Apartments

Regents Apartments are located on campus to house married students and students with small families. To qualify for these apartments, residents must take a combined 12 hours of undergraduate courses or 6 hours of graduate courses. Each unit is 670 sq. ft. and includes the following:

  • Stackable Washer and Dryer
  • Two Bedroom
  • One Bath
  • Refrigerator
  • Small Kitchen
  • High-speed Internet
  • Cisco IP phone system with voicemail

There is limited space available and an application is required for Regents Apartments. There is a $10 application fee and a deposit of $350 once an application has been approved.
