Bill-Active Duty and Yellow Ribbon), Chapter 30 (Montgomery G.I. Bill – Active Duty), Chapter 31 (Vocational Rehabilitation), Chapter 35 (Veteran's Spouses or Dependents), Chapter 1606 (Selected Reserve), and Chapter 1607 (Reserve Educational Assistance Program). The Certifying Official for SAGU is responsible for the accurate and prompt certification of enrollments and changes in enrollment of eligible students to the VA. The certifying official is an employee of SAGU, not the VA. The certifying official cannot determine eligibility for VA Educational Benefits.
