At SAGU, you’ll study how to be entrepreneurial in creating and supporting your own business. Our MBA degree program offers personalization, course flexibility, and the option to complete your degree at an accelerated rate. We have six opportunities a year to start your master in business administration degree, and you can complete the program in 12, 18, or 24 months.

Fit your MBA into your busy schedule with our shorter sessions. In addition to our traditional semesters, we provide two seven-week sessions within each semester. These A/B sessions allow for more flexible and focused learning so you can complete your degree at your pace.

In addition, our MBA program allows you to select graduate-level electives that align with your career goals and interests. Choose courses such as Operations Management or Organizational Strategy.

What You’ll Learn in the Master of Business Administration Curriculum

Earning an MBA degree is widely considered one of the best ways to increase your earning potential while gaining valuable knowledge and insight into overseeing business operations for a wide range of industries. Through your coursework, you will:

You will take a total of 36 hours of courses. You will study:

Customize your degree with your electives. You can take three courses (9 hours) from any of our accounting, business, finance, management, or marketing at the 5000 or 6000 levels.

You will also complete a capstone project during your final semester of the program. Apply all of your newfound skills by working with an existing company or ministry to propose a comprehensive solution. You will share your findings as a presentation or report.

Master of Business Administration Program Requirements

You must fulfill one of the following requirements to be admitted into SAGU’s in-person or online MBA program.

  1. You hold a regionally or professionally accredited undergraduate degree in business, accounting, marketing, or a related area.
  2. If you do not meet the aforementioned requirement, you must have successfully completed the following undergraduate business courses:
    • ACC 2213 Principles of Financial Accounting
    • BUS 3413 Statistics
    • MGT 2313 Principles of Management
    • MKT 2323 Principles of Marketing
