Position Available – directing the office of Institutional Effectiveness

A position comes available this summer for a motivated, self-starter in the area of Institutional Effectiveness. Candidate should have working familiarity with expectations of the regional accrediting agency, strong abilities for leadership and personnel motivation, effective communication and relational capacities across all departments (faculty and staff), significant writing skills, and comfortability with data driven processes and statistical analysis. Candidate should have an understanding of and appreciation for the Assemblies of God, and a functional awareness of the world of higher education. Exact title and compensation relates to the hired individual’s qualifications and experience in the field of institutional effectiveness.
