They held them off for a 66-61 victory for their 9th win of the season so far. Lexi Rich came out on fire scoring seven straight points in the first quarter and she didn’t look back after that scoring 23 points on 11 shots, 7-11 from the field, 2-6 from 3, and 7-7 from the free throw line. Cameron Hill grabbed the rebound and dribbled to the middle of the court with three seconds for a contested three. Hill knocked it down as time expired to give the Lions a 94-91 victory in OT. Hill had his best game of the season at the right time; 29 points, four rebounds, three assists, two steals, and zero turnovers in 40 minutes of play. Nyk Mason stayed in double digits for the fourth game in a row with 16 points and a team-high of eight rebounds. Josh Kashila was big in the win as well with 15 points, six rebounds, and one assist.
