M.Div., Southwest Baptist Theological University Terry Phipps was born in Del Rio, Texas. He traveled extensively as a child because his father was in the Air Force. He is married to Irma, his wife since 1976. He has a son, Travis, and a daughter, Tracie. He enjoys traveling, playing golf, skiing, and spending time with his family. |
