Waxahachie, Texas- October 26, 2015- If you plan on coming to the Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) men’s basketball season opener on Tuesday, October 27, 2015, be prepared for an avalanche of white.  The first game of the season will be SAGU’s annual Texas Snowstorm .

This is the fifth year in a row for the annual tradition, which all started the year head coach Donnie Bostwick began at SAGU.  When everyone arrives to the game, they will be given ping pong balls.  When SAGU makes the first basket of the season, the ping pong balls will be thrown onto court, stopping the game while creating white-out conditions.

SAGU will host Southwestern Adventist University (Texas) on Tuesday, October 27, 2015.  Game-time is set for 7:00pm.  Come early to get a seat before SAGU scores the first basket of the season.
