As part of our continuing efforts to provide the best possible educational experience to our students and faculty, in addition to our normal business hours we provide after-hours online course support until Monday, July 21st. The normal and extended hours are listed below:

Business Hours

  • (M-F):  8 AM-noon and 1 PM - 5 PM

Extended Hours

  • Weekdays:  5:00 PM until 10:00 PM
  • Saturday:  10:00 AM until 7:00 PM
  • Sunday:  1:00 PM until 7:00 PM

We are pleased to offer the following services to our students:

Online Course Support Help Line:  Students may call our toll free help line at 1-888-243-3807 to speak to a Support Services Specialist.  This service is available during business hours or during the extended hours period.  During high volume periods, students will have options to leave a message, send an email or submit a work order.

Phone Messaging Service:  If we are unable to answer your phone call, please leave us a voicemail. Please be sure to include complete contact information as well as the best hours to contact you.

Email:  Send email requests to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .  When emailing, please use your SAGU LionMail address.  You will receive an email acknowledgement that a work order has been created.

Work Order System:  To submit a work order online visit eHelp.  Please be sure to complete each of the required fields on the online form.  Once submitted, you will see a confirmation screen appear acknowledging that a work order has been created.

Response Time:  Our goal is to provide you with exceptional service.  We have set our standard to contact students within 24 hours during the Online Course Support Help Desk extended hour periods.  At all other times we will contact you the following business day. SDE Help Line and Technical Support
