Experience Israel and Jordan with SAGU
According to Dr. Bruce Rosdahl, Bible & Theology Department Chair, “The value of this study tour is the difference of moving one's reading of the Bible from black and white into living color. Traveling across the topography of the biblical lands and seeing the cities firsthand provides greater depth to your understanding of the Scriptures.”
Participants experience Israel and Jordan through the viewpoint of land, language, and culture, of both modern and biblical worlds. SAGU president Dr. Kermit Bridges and professor Dr. Larry Hester host this years 14th annual trip, along with other world-renowned scholars in Biblical History, Archaeology, Geography, Dead Sea Scrolls and Biblical Languages.
Dr. Larry Hester said, "During these 10 life-changing days the Bible comes alive as we literally walk where Jesus walked. This is a once-in-a-life-time experience."
The trip costs $4,147 that includes round trip from Texas, breakfast, dinner, lodging, deluxe motorcoaches, fuel surcharges, tours and guides. A $300 deposit is required to reserve a place on the trip by October 6, 2014, first payment due by November 17, 2014, with all monies due by January 5, 2015.
