Director of Business Services
Salary Range: Negotiable, depending upon experience and qualifications of successful candidate.
Institutional Mission:
The purpose of Southwestern Assemblies of God University is to prepare undergraduate and graduate students spiritually, academically, professionally, and cross culturally so as to successfully fill evangelistic, missionary and church ministry roles and to provide quality educational and professional Christian service wherever needed throughout the world.
Primary Function:
Administration of business functions of the University, reports to and is accountable to the Vice President of Business and Finance.

Major Responsibilities

Administration of University business-related activities including:
·         Risk management  (Property Insurance, Liability Insurance, etc.)
·         Copying Services
·         Bookstore – Serve as campus liaison, facilitate work requests
·         Cafeteria – Primary contact for Contractor.  Reconcile monthly billings, manage student meal plans, assist with banquets
·         Campus Mail Center
·         Apartment rentals/management coordination
·         Student Accident Insurance
·         Management of utilities bill processing
·         Purchasing goods and services
·         Actively facilitates the successful completion of the Assessment Record.


·         Bachelor’s Degree or seven years experience in business administration required.
·         High level of competence and administrative ability.
·         High degree of personal initiative and motivation.
·         Sensitivity for the spiritual and educational environmental elements which distinguish the University from other enterprises.
