About SAGU

SAGU's College of Business and Education is facing a season of transition. With the announcement of Dean Goodrich's coming change of status at the end of  the 2014-2015 academic year, SAGU now begins a search for a Dean to assume this very important role at the University.

This requires a person of high integrity, proven field experience, academic qualifications at the doctoral level and vision for growth. The Dean of the College of Business and Education includes responsibilities of college leadership, recruitment and development of qualified faculty and students, team building and instructional involvement. Furthermore, the Dean must have capacities to network well with campus and community leaders within and beyond the Assemblies of God. The Dean must embody the core values of the University, possess a keen awareness of the heritage and vision of the Assemblies of God, and demonstrate leadership and service in both Pentecostal theology and Pentecostal practice. Currently this deanship supervises the following academic areas: Business, Education, Interdisciplinary Studies, History, Math, General Studies and developmental education.
