Waxahachie, Texas — November 13, 2012 — Southwestern Assemblies of God University's (SAGU) football team closed the season with a 24-13 win against Texas College on Saturday, November 10.

The Lady Lions basketball team won their opening game 80-68 against Dallas Christian College on November 9. The next home game for the team will be on Monday, November 26, against Arlington Baptist College at 5:30 P.M. The girls' team will take on Dallas Christian College on Tuesday, November 27.

SAGU's men's basketball team won 73-60 against Tarleton State University on Tuesday night. The team is now 2-0 and ranked #26 in the NAIA. The team will play in Sterling, Kansas, for the Sterling Classic on November 16 and 17 - first against Tabor College at 4 p.m., and then against Sterling College at 7:30 p.m.
