General Michael Miller speaks at SAGUWaxahachie, TexasApril 10, 2012 – Brigadier General (BG) and Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) alumnus Michael Miller spoke in chapel on April 3.

General Miller originally came to SAGU to play basketball. He completed his associates at SAGU and notes the strong relationships and many memories that he made at the university.

General Miller is Assistant Surgeon General, Strategic Medical Plans, Programs and Budget, and Chief of the Medical Service Corps, Office of the Surgeon General, Arlington, Virginia. As the Air Force Medical Service senior programmer, General Miller’s key responsibilities are integrating, analyzing and defending the Defense Health Program and medical elements of Air Force funding for the Future Years Defense Program.

During Wednesday’s chapel, Miller spoke on how to not miss God’s call and on perfecting a vision for ministry.
