Class Descriptions
Early Bird Spin (45 min) - This is a spin class with a twist to increase cardiovascular endurance while learning fundamental cycling techniques, riding profiles, and moves to increase strength in the legs and glutes; all performed to the beat of motivational music.
Water Fitness (45 min) - Build your strength and endurance in this low impact class that is guaranteed to get your heart pumping while toning and strengthening your muscles. No swimming experience required!
Cardio X-Training (45 min) - Fun and Challenging cardio drills combined with resistance training provide a great interval workout for people of all fitness levels. Good running shoes are a must.
Hi & Lo cardio (45 min) - An exercise to music class this is a calorie torching workout. It combines traditional group exercise moves with aerobic dance for a great cardiovascular workout. It's so much fun that it is exercise in disguise.
Stretch & Strength (45 min) - This class consists of a flowing series of postures, synchronizing the breath with each movement. You will build strength, stamina, flexibility and balance while dissolving tension.
Intro to Weights (45 min) – This is a full body workout with weights for the beginner as well as the more experienced exerciser. You will perform compound movement patterns that will improve your over-all strength, muscle endurance, body composition, and flexibility.
Couch to 5K or CT5K (45 min) - This class will ease you into running and gradually work you up to a 5K. It is geared towards keeping you injury free, yet at the same time, provide a challenge. All fitness levels are welcome. Bring water and join in.
Fitness Swimming (45 min) – Whether you are just learning or wanting to improve on your swimming technique, this class will work for you. We will cover the fundamentals as well as provide advanced drills to challenge you.
