Class Descriptions
Spin (30 Min)
A Group cycling class designed for all fitness levels. It involves various cycling drills that offer an exhilarating cardiovascular workout.
Power Up or Power Walk (45 Min)
Join us on the track for a new kind of walking experience. Lap walking with interval strength drills will boost your calorie burn and increase your overall fitness. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Hi & Lo Cardio (45 Min) Women Only
An "Exercise to Music" class that is a mixture of high and low impact, packed with fun. Good for those who are looking for something a little challenging, within the realms of possibility! All levels welcome.
Morning Madness, Boot Camp, Morning Insanity (45 Min)
This athletic class offers the unique cardio and strength benefits of step. Cardio sections of the class push fat burning stages followed by strength conditioning that will shape and tone the body. This 45-minute class is powerful, fun, and uplifting.
H2O Fitness (30 Min @ 12:15pm and 45 Min @ 6:15pm)
Build your strength and endurance in this low/no impact class that is guaranteed to get your heart pumping while toning and strengthening those muscles. No swimming experience required! All levels welcome.
Stretch & Strength (45 Min)
This class consists of a flowing series of postures, synchonizing the breath with each movement. This class will help build strength, stamina, flexibility and balance while dissolving tension.
