Dr. Townsend's doctorate is in supervision, administration, and curriculum development. She has experience both in public and private schools for over twenty years in grades 6-12. She holds certifications in Principalship, English and Speech/Drama as classsroom teacher in secondary schools, school counseling K-12, English Second Language K-12.
She has been the CEO of a real estate school for ten years, Superintendent of ECIA, a Texas Public Charter School for 4 years, and a licensed real estate agent. She is an educational speaker for workshops and faculty training for schools and an inspirational speaker for churches and women's groups in Texas, Sri Lanka, Romania, and Costa Rica.

Professional Experience: Professor at SAGU since 1989. One of the chief designers of the education program at SAGU. Forty-seven consecutive years of teaching. Often writes articles for ACSI Early Childhood magazine. Served as a teacher and administrator for public and private schools. Often speaks at Christian educational conferences.

Dr. Boone is in her second year as a professor at Southwestern. Prior to coming to SAGU, she taught for eleven years at Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, GA where she was Coordinator of the Early Childhood Program. Before becoming a professor, Dr. Boone taught eleven years in private and public schools in grades PreK through eighth grade in four states. Dr. Boone also presents at various conferences and conventions around the nation including ACSI and AERA (American Educational Research Association). In addition to her teaching, Dr. Boone enjoys reading, sewing, and traveling. She has used these interests to involve elementary students in quilt projects for children who are severely ill, writing a grant to fund the project. Dr. Boone is married to Dr. Jerry Boone, Athletic Director and Men’s Basketball Coach at SAGU. She is very involved in supporting her husband to promote ministry through basketball. The Boones have been led a number of mission’s teams to the Philippines and Venezuela. They find that basketball is a great avenue for ministry.

Dr. Campbell has been involved in education for approximately thirty years. She has served in both public and Christian schools as a teacher and administrator. She has also served for fourteen years as Christian Education Director at Gospel Lighthouse Church. Dr. Campbell continues to travel as a guest speaker. She has been privileged to minister in several countries and a number of states speaking at conferences, conventions, churches, on the topics of education, Christian education, and early childhood education. In addition, Dr. Campbell has written a book on Bible doctrine and has published many articles. She has also written Christian Education curriculum for three publishing companies.
