Southwestern Assemblies of God University strives for a consistent and reliable online education experience, but with any use of technology, problems and errors can occur. To help students and faculty, technical support is available during regular SAGU business hours, with extended hours near the beginning and end of each semester.

SAGU business hours: 8am - 12pm, 1pm - 5pm Monday - Friday

 Extended Support Hours: 5 pm - 12 midnight Monday - Friday

10 am - 7 pm Saturday

1 pm - 7 pm Sunday

 

  • If you are having a problem with your online course, several options are available:

    • eHelp Desk FAQ: This is a good place to start, as many problems with online courses have simple fixes.
    • Submit a Ticket: Here, you can submit a help ticket to our technical support group. We will reply as soon as possible, no later than one business day after your submission.
    • Call: Our technical support group can be reached through the Distance Education toll-free number, 1-888-243-3807.
    • Tutorials: If you are just unsure how to use our online learning systems, please take a look at our tutorial section.
    • eHelp Setup: Here are some tips on getting your browser set up for your online classes. All instructions are for Internet Explorer on a Windows PC.
  • When you contact us, for quicker service, please have this information ready:

    • Your name and SAGU username
    • Your FERPA password to confirm your identity (What is this?)
    • The course in which you have the problem/question
    • Your computer's operating system (How do I find this?)
    • The internet browser you use to access your courses (How do I find this?)
    • A detailed description of the problem, including any error messages you may be getting
