references are available in this valuable resource. These
references were created by members of our support team who
have documented solutions to many of the issues they have
encountered. It is constantly updated, expanded, and refined
to ensure that you have access to the very latest information.
24/7 Phone Support: Our support team is
available to provide you technical support for Blackboard
and Tegrity as well as any software supported by both applications.

Submit A Ticket: This web based ticket submission
tool allows you to fill out a web form that will get submitted
as a ticket to our support team.
Real-Time Chat: This tool allows you to
contact our support team 24/7. You can access this tool from
the Support Center. It is on-line, so even if you are using
dial-up, you can submit a ticket without sacrificing your
internet connection.
