Who is Discipleship Ministries for?
Should I commit to a year of intense discipleship and ministry training at a local church or should I go away to college? Students used to have to choose between attending a local discipleship program and enrolling at a Bible university. Now, SAGU's Discipleship Ministries program allows you to do both at the same time! While being discipled and trained for ministry at your local church, you can also pursue an accredited college degree completely online.
To be in the Discipleship Ministries program, you must be a part of an approved discipleship or ministry training group such as Masters Commission, Teen Challenge, School of Ministry, or another internship program. If you are unable to join a group, then please consider enrolling at SAGU as a distance education student.
If you are planning to be in a Masters Commission or internship program, ask your director if they are a partner with SAGU's Discipleship Ministries program. If not, have them contact us to get started.
