Biography

Dr. Tim Myers, D.Min. LMFT is a member of the faculty and Director of Student Counseling Services at Southwestern Assemblies of God University. He has more than 30 years of ministry experience including: working with Chi-Alpha; as a youth and associate pastor; as a college professor and a professional counselor. He served for 17 years in pastoral ministry at First Assembly of God, Minot, ND where he was a volunteer Police Chaplain 13 of those years. Dr. Myers is a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Texas. He and his wife, Sue, have been married for 40 years and have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren.
