Biography

Miss Manley’s doctoral work at Oral Roberts University is focused on Educational Leadership. She has served as a classroom teacher and in administration as an elementary principal. Miss Manley has led workshops for ACSI and ACTS in addition to serving as an educational consultant to the local private, Christian school community.
