Dusty and Chantal Small are the new Dorm Pastors of Teeter Hall.  Dusty is a graduate of the Appalachian Teen Challenge in Athens, West Virginia. He worked on staff after graduation for two and a half years and then enrolled in Zion Bible College. Dusty graduated as valedictorian from Zion Bible College and was also the president of his class. While there Dusty met wife Chantal, who also is a graduate of Zion. Dusty and Chantal have been married for two years and have a 2 month old little girl named Ariella.

Darrel and Huberta Teeter Residence Hall, is the first of two new residence halls at SAGU. It is a co-ed facility, housing men (east wing) and women (west wing). A four-story building, rooms provide double occupancy and form a suite with an adjoining dorm room. The two rooms are linked by a bathroom. Rooms are furnished with bunks, chest of drawers, desks and wardrobe closets. All rooms have a microfridge, phone lines and computer lines. Each individual hall within this dorm contains a lobby, study room and laundry facilities. A prayer room is located on each floor.
