Mission TEN Missions Trip Scholarship Application Guidelines
ELIGIBILITY
The Board of Representatives Mission Scholarship is open to all SMA Mission TEN trip participants. Members of the Board of Representatives are not eligible to enter.

SAGU Student Congress Board of Representative.
TIMING
The Scholarship application must be submitted online at Mission TENtrips.com by March 12th, 2010 by 9:00 p.m. The winners will be announced on March 30th, 2010 during the Student Led Chapel.
ABOUT THE ESSAY

Three scholarships will be given: One in the amount of $200 and two in the amount of $100.

Please state why you chose to go on your specific Mission TEN Mission Trip for the summer of 2010. Remember your essay is going to be the factor that will set one applicant apart from all others. All essays should be between 500 and 800 words.

All essays will be scored anonymously.

Level 1 Content: Essay reflects poor organization and does not provide adequate information about the purpose and focus of the trip

Level 5 Content: Essay is adequately organized and provides adequate information about the purpose and focus of the mission trip.

Level 10 Content: Essay is well organized and includes plenty of information to explain the purpose and focus of the missions trip

Level 1 Communication: Applicant fails to communicate personal reasons for desiring to participate in a Mission TEN trip.

Level 5 Communication: Applicant adequately explains why they want to participate in a Mission TEN trip.
