Athletic Try-outs

Baseball

Cheerleading
Try-outs are Friday, March 22, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. in the Sheaffer Center Gym.
Football
Try-outs are Friday, March 22, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. on the football practice field. The football practice field is located behind the Sheaffer Center.
Men's Basketball
Try-outs are Thursday, March 21, from 3:30-5:00 p.m. in the Sheaffer Center Gym.
Men's Soccer
Try-outs are Thursday, March 21 and Friday, March 22, from 3:30-5:00 p.m. on the soccer field. The soccer field is located behind the Sheaffer Center.
Women’s Basketball

Women's Soccer
Try-outs are Friday, March 22, from 3:30-5:00 p.m. on the soccer field. The soccer field is located behind the Sheaffer Center.
Softball
Try-outs are Thursday, March 21 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. and Friday, March 22 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on the softball field. Be sure to bring any necessary equipment with you.
Volleyball
Try-outs are Thursday, March 21, from 3:30-5:00 p.m. in the Claxton Gym.
Auditions
Drama
Auditions are Friday, March 22, from 2:00-5:00 p.m., in McCafferty Hall (located in the Farmer Administration Building). Signups for 15-minute appointments will be available in the Sheaffer Center Lobby upon registration. Audition appointments are on a first-come basis.
Please come prepared to your audition with the following:
- Head shot of yourself
- Resume’
- One page essay on the subject “What theatre means to me”
- Two, one-minute contrasting monologues

Music
Auditions are Friday, March 22nd, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. in Burke Hall (located in the Foster Music Building). Detailed instructions and requirements for audition can be found on the Music Scholarship webpage. Please read through the details carefully. Also, be sure to submit the Music Scholarship Online Application before arriving for your audition. Sign-ups for 15 minute appointment slots will be available in the Sheaffer Center Lobby upon registration. Audition appointments are on a first-come basis.
