- Led Lady Lions to Conference tournament in 2004 and 2005
- Took Volleyball to NCCAA National Tournament last season
- An instructor at SAGU since 1998
- Volleyball team has 2 NBCAA national championships under his command
- Served on staff at First Assembly of God in Waxahachie, Texas for 12 years
- Served 10 years as the Administrator of Cornerstone Christian School
