Sports - Raquetball

General Notes:
- This league is designed to accommadate any level of play
- The rules of good sportsmanship will apply to facilitate an enjoyable league
- All Racquetball matches will be played in the Sheaffer Full Life Center in the gym.
- Participants should plan on arriving 15 minutes or 1/2 hour before the match. This will give you time to warm up.
- You will need to bring your own racquet and racquetballs
- The league is set up as a ladder league. You will find your opponent, play and report the scores. After you have played all the teams, the bracket will be designed for the playoffs.
Rules:
- Your match will consist of a game to 15. You will play two our of three games.
- If there is a tie, you must win by two points.
- You must lag the ball. You must touch your racquet to the back wall. You hit the ball on the front wall and let it bounce. The one closest to the dotted line without going over it will serve first.
- Participants call their own faults, and keep score. When in doubt on a call, replay it.
- All scores must be reported the next day to Intramural Director Tony Nubile. Email scores to tnubile@sagu.edu.
- If you can't make a match do the following: Contact the individual and make the match up yourself during that same week or you must forfeit that match.
