Currently President and 100% shareholder of Vanguard Metal Technologies, Inc., an industrial metal finishing company in Houston, Texas. Carl serves on an Industrial Advisory Committee for Texas Tech University, and has served on the Board of Regents for SAGU for the past 18 years. Also, Carl is serving as a member of the Assemblies of God Commission on Higher Education in Springfield, Missouri.

Sam Monzingo is married to Sue Brown and has two daughters, Susan and Sandra, and four grandchildren, Amy, Andy, Monty, and Mandy. Sam has been in the Life Insurance business since 1952, and serves as a member of the Dallas Association of Life Underwriters. He has also a member of the Dallas Estate Council. Sam spent 20 years on the Board of Christian Services and Scholarships, Inc. and is currently a member of the board of Christ for the Nations. Sam is also Vice President of the Southwestern Assemblies of God University Foundation.

CT Phillips is the founder of KEY Resources, a professional firm designed to assist seniors in protecting their assets and standard of living through education and implementation of proper solutions. CT married Janice Kathleen Young on December 9, 1978. Kathy is the daughter of Rev. and Mrs. Alfred S. Young of Raymond, Ohio. They have 3 children, a daughter-in-law and one granddaughter.
